The Services are provided by the Consultant who understands and acknowledges the responsibility for assuring consumer satisfaction with respect to personal instruction, proper use, and timely delivery.
The Consultant will provide the highest quality of service and advice and it is solely the responsibility of the client to accept or reject such advice. In accepting advice, the client is responsible for providing their own funds and agrees to make purchase decisions resulting in their own discretion to do so. This is in regard to any purchase made to goods and products recommended by the Consultant.
Payment
Payments are made prior to the initial starting phase of a given Service.
Amount of Services rendered shall be calculated before the event of a consulting Services appointment. The Consultant will be paid dependant of the rate of Service purchased per hour or in full for work performed in accordance with this agreement.
BESPOKEBOURBON.COM uses a payment gateway (like PayPal or Woocommerce) to process digital purchases you make on this website. When you purchase a Service from BESPOKEBOURBON.COM, you certify that:
1. you are an authorized user of the credit card you provide
2. any credit information you provide is accurate and complete
3. charges incurred by you will be honoured by your credit card company and
4. you will pay the charges incurred by you at the prices quoted on this Site, in addition to any applicable taxes.
Severance
